Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Kruise, our products are digital and delivered by email. There is no physical shipping — this policy covers how our digital reports and products are delivered to you.

Delivery Method

All Kruise products are delivered by email as PDF files, or as instant-access digital downloads via a secure link. There is no physical delivery, no shipping carrier, and no delivery address required at checkout beyond your email address.

Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is accurate and monitored. Delivery is considered complete when the report or download link is sent to the email address on your order.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are measured in calendar hours from the moment of your purchase, and apply seven days a week including weekends and public holidays.

  • Smart Buyer Toolkit ($49): instant. A secure download link is sent to your email immediately after checkout.
  • Vehicle Intelligence Snapshot ($39): within 24 hours.
  • Vehicle Intelligence Report ($79): within 48 hours.
  • Rush Report ($119): within 24 hours for orders placed before 6:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT are delivered by the end of the following calendar day.
  • Head-to-Head Intelligence Report ($129): within 72 hours.

If you need a report faster than the timelines listed above, please contact us before ordering. We can sometimes accommodate tighter timelines depending on the vehicle and our current workload, but we'll only commit to it if we're confident we can deliver the same quality you'd expect.

Delivery Costs

There are no delivery, shipping, or handling fees. Digital delivery is included in the purchase price of every Kruise product.

International Delivery

Kruise currently accepts orders from customers in the United States only. Because our products are digital and delivered by email, customers in the U.S. can receive reports anywhere they have internet access.

If Undelivered or Delayed

If you have not received your product within the timeframe above, please first check your email spam or junk folder. Kruise emails are sent from kruisecars.com — please add this domain to your safe sender list to ensure delivery.

If you still cannot locate your product, please contact us and we will re-send it promptly. In cases of genuine delivery failure on our part, our Refund Policy applies.

Business Hours vs Delivery Hours

Kruise delivers reports seven days a week to meet the time-sensitive nature of used car purchases. Our customer service and consultation team responds to inquiries during business hours, listed on our contact page. Report delivery is not restricted to business hours — a report ordered at 11:00 PM Sunday follows the same delivery timelines as one ordered Monday morning.
